What kind of wood is used?

I almost exclusively use basswood for my pieces. I sometimes use birchwood, but this is only for some of the ornaments I release around the holidays.

How should I display my pieces?

You can hang them on the wall or use a folding plate stand. It is best to avoid displaying them in direct sunlight, as this can cause the wood to change color and the design to slightly fade over long periods of time.

Are the pieces sealed with anything?

No, my pieces are not sealed at all. I find that when my pieces are sealed, you lose a lot of the fine details of the design.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

How do I go about ordering a custom piece?

If you are interested in ordering a custom piece, please submit the form under the “Custom piece” page and I will reach out to you up to 24 hours later to move forward. My turn-around time for a custom piece is 6-8 weeks. Some designs may take longer.
